Investigating Relationships with Obesity

This project is one I tailored to higher level applied computational statistics coursework. I carried out the investigation of family history and obesity status using publicly available data, this project was used later as teaching material for students at the Data Science Institute. The project demonstrates how to carry out statistical analyses and build models with real-world data with an emphasis on statistical principles and assumptions.
